Hello all, I have just started camming on AW and I just wanted to clarify some things, I have searched and read through the posts but I just confused myself even more. Clearly I am not the brightest tool in the shed. Now I just opted to sign up with DP and as I understand it the money gets paid straight from AW to DP and then DP file their paperwork with the HMRC but not about specific camgirls income.
I understand we have to register as self employed with the HMRC (I am based in the UK) and that we have to fill out our tax returns each year to declare income even if it is under the personal allowance threshold. On the self employment form you can put down whatever profession/job title you like.
So what I am confused about is would this ever show up in a background or reference check in the UK, that I was at one point registered as self employed as I'm obviously not classed as working for AW. Would any company be able to find out that I specifically had income coming in from AW or would it just show up as me being self employed without ties to any company?
Also if I choose to work on MFC or another USA based company that files 1099s that one would not be filed for me as I am not a US citizen? So would those specific companies also show up on an employment history, background/reference check for the UK?
Am I right in saying that if I chose to never disclose that I had dealings with AW or that I was self employed to a future employer that they would not be able to find out?
Sorry if these are tired subjects but I'm just trying to minimize & understand the paper trail.
I currently have a full-time job, plan to go back to university and cam in my spare time between the full-time job and university so I just want to clarify everything before I went any further in regards to camming.
Thank you all in advance if anyone can help clear up my confusion.
I did have a look at these threads but just wanted to clarify the points above.
