hey ladies-
earlier I was trying to check something I ordered on amazon and couldn't get into my account- I contacted CS via chat and here's what they said:
"It appears your account and order are on hold pending further research. This could be due to incorrect or incomplete billing information, or we may just need further authorization for an order. You may have already received an e-mail about this. I can contact an account specialist and let them know you called. I just need to get some information from you, and someone should get back to you within 24 hours."
Has this happened to anyone before? I take amazon e cards for certain things (i.e. skype shows, tribute, etc.) so I'm *hoping* it isn't an issue with that.
