Default Logitech Pro 9000 problems in MFC group chat. Help please!

I've never had any problems with my webcam on MFC. It works great in free chat and I haven't had any problems in private chats. For some reason though I am having problems in group chat. I just started doing group shows within the last week so it's the first time I've noticed it. The very top of the webcam view (about 1/2") creates a double. Basically if I put anything into view in that area of the webcam it doubles it. I don't know if I'm making any sense. It's kinda hard to explain. I should've taken a damn screen shot of it last night in group but it slipped my mind.

I am running my webcam on my MacBook Pro 2.53 GHz i5, version 10.7.4 (if that makes any difference). I know this webcam is not meant for Macs. I bought it when I had my HP laptop. Wondering if I need to buy a cam meant for Macs or if it is a problem with MFC somehow? My cam also works fine in Skype. Have any of you girls experienced this or have any advice? I would really appreciate any help at this point. Really don't want to buy another webcam right now but will if I have to.

Im not a technical person, but when I had a problem with my webcam view, I channeled my cam through a splitcam program ( I think it was manycam ??? ) and for some reason unbeknown to me it got the cam view back to normal. Maybe a long shot, but at least its free and simple, if it does help. Sorry I cant be of more help.

If you download Manycam, make sure it's the older version. 3.0.79 and don't upgrade.

Thanks for the advice ladies! Will try manycam tonight. I have it installed already. Just haven't fooled with it a lot.
