    Default School/ Stripping

Hi everyone so I got a full scholarship to a school on the East Coast. Its sound good but I would also have to live in the dorms with a girl. I dance part time and I really value my privacy and I am super independent. I wouldnt even bother with dancing there because the commute to a good club would be about 45 minutes and I dont have a car there and I dont really feel like sneaking around it would definitelty be an issue if anyone were to find out..... I am currently living in Southern California which I love but im not going to lie money has been tight and i go to school part time. I will be done by next summer...I know I wont be able to dance forever and I know the economy is not great but the major I am getting Psychology I do not even know if I would really be going anywhere with that either unless I got a masters and that is not where my head is at right now. I am still pretty young and would like to save as much money as possible to start a business and be independent. I guess my question is, is going to the school and getting a scholarship worth it or should I stick it out and dance to save money for what I ultimately want. School is mostly something to fall back on and to make my dad happy. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I'm confused...you are just starting but you'll be done next summer? Are you saying with your part time classes you have enough to make up the rest of the degree? Just need more info

So heres more info......I am in my last year of college I started college when I was 17, I need about 11 classes So with 3 classes each quarter Fall, Winter, Spring and SUmmer I will be done it runs me about 6,000 for school here in California. I have just gotten used to living alone and I really like my privacy. The main question I have is if i move to the east coast for school to complete my degree is it worth it in the long run if I want to work more and save up money for what I want to do ultimately do ?

Why did you apply to an east coast school anyways? I guess I'm asking because I feel your motivation for transferring could have an impact on your decision.

Personally I would do it because I'm a strong believer in sticking it out and finishing what you start. 6k is not that much money in the grand scheme of things to have a degree that will always belong to you. People spend way more on materialistic items that eventually die. It's only 6 months and your finished. Why waste the last x number of years just taking classes? You are so close. And sure you might never use that degree to do your masters but it might help you in your business endeavours. I know here to get certain business loans from the bank you need post-secondary qualifications. Or depending on what type of business you have being able to list you have a psychology degree may make people think you are more qualified. If you were just starting I'd probably say don't bother but to me seems like such a waste to get so far and not finish.

hi thanks so much for your reply, do you think it is worth going to the school on the east coast if it is paid for but most likely wont be able to dance or cam or just pay out of pocket here and be able to work a lot more etc.....

I guess it depends what the difference in cost will be. If it was only a marginal difference I'd go for the no dancing option so I could focus on my studies. What's marginal for you and what's marginal for me ae two different things. Also where will you have a better quality of life? Something's are worth more than money.

If you transfer, will you still be able to complete your degree in a year? Speaking from Canadian experience, you have to complete over 50% of your credits at the degree granting university, so if I were to transfer in Canada, I be stuck taking classes for an extra year. Find out if that's the case for you, because unless this easy coast school is very prestigious or has excellent networking/internship opportunities for your field, it doesn't seem worth it to delay your degree by a year to get a "free" year. Won't be so free once you have to pay for another one!

If that's not the case, will the 6k cover not only tuition, but also rent, utilities, food, and other living expenses? If not, how will you afford them? Do you have enough savings? You could always get a non sex work his FWIW.
