So my current place is really small and I'm looking for some effective exercise equipment that can easily be folded away or put away under a bed or on a shelf. It also needs to be quiet because I have neighbors underneath. I may also get a gym membership, but I often only like to work out in the middle of the night when I can't sleep, so its kind of pointless.
I need stuff that will help tone upper arms, stomach, ass, and upper legs especially. Right now all I have is: a yoga mat, workout DVDs, and two 5lb free weights.
I'm thinking about getting a pole (X-pole), resistance bands that attach to door knobs (), and something like this folding stair stepper ().
Do you think these items will be effective together? I know the pole will be at least. Do not not recommend any of these? Do you recommend anything else instead? Thanks![]()
