Weird.....Instantly i can't log in on my skype... automatically i got disconnected and ca't go back there again.. is saying that the Skype can't recognize my Skype and password...please help me!
Maybe you got hacked and someone changed it? Or maybe someone reported you and shut down your account. Have you tried resetting your password?


I got this answer.... and i really don t know what i made wrong.... is very weird..:
In accordance with paragraph 5.2 of the Skype End User License at http://www.skype.com/intl/en-gb/legal/eula/ (EULA), we have terminated your right to use the Skype software, and have prevented any further access to your Skype account, because you are in breach of paragraph 4.1 (c) of the EULA which prohibits the use of the Skype software to send unsolicited communications. Any Skype Credit that was in your account is non refundable.

By any chance did you happen to follow the video with the instructions to increase your upload speed?

Err, possibly. So far I've seen a few girls who did having the same issues. Another girl had attempts made on her Gmail. You can read my reply on the thread to see my input on it, but the best advice right now to give is to remove anything you recently added within the last week that came from an unverified source. Scan your computer completely. I'd also download CCCleaner to scan your registry and make any needed changes, as well.
Use timemachine or reset your computer to a date before you downloaded that software. Turn off your wireless before you do this. Your computer was probably hacked by program you downloaded. Then scan using everything Shyla suggested, if it comes up clean then change all of your passwords.

I would simply explain to them that you were a victim of malware/phishing and are just attempting to recover your account. Tell them you went through the necessary security measures (if you have) to reduce or eliminate the chance of it happening again, and ask if there is any information you can provide that will verify you are truly the original owner of the account.
