^^^ yup huge problem for me as well, especially sports top 'rub' lines on my boobs . I eventually bit the bullet and bought my own 120 volt tanning bed.
IMHO the alleged skin cancer / premature aging risks involved in using a high wattage commercial tanning bed at a salon 2/3 times per week are greatly reduced if you can maintain your tan via a few minutes per day in a lower wattage home tanning bed. Also, between the tanning salon fees, the gas saved driving 12 miles to and from the tanning salon 2/3 times a week, and the tax write off on the tanning bad purchase price, I came out money ahead in less than a year.
