Default Implants- under or over muscle?

I'll be getting long awaited new boobies next month, after doing at least a year of research and various consultations.
I'm getting silicone implants but I am still uncertain if I should do under or over the muscle. I have asked various doctors, and many gave me pros and cons, but I feel they kind of said them to try to convince me to choose them over another Doctor...
As pole dancers- Please tell me your experiences with such types of surgery. Did you notice more pain, more recovery time, longer waiting time to start using upper body strength and advanced tricks?
I understand that everyone's body is different, but this isn't really a matter a Doctor would understand

    Thank you everyone!! (✿◠‿◠)

I have mine sillicone under the muscle, they generally look a lot more natural than over... I have more of a conservative, but sexy, girl next door sort of look and most people only know my boobs are fake because i'm tiny and they're DDs. However, if you prefer the super sexy, obviously aftermarket "pornstar" look... over the muscle usually does that better.

the only real advantage i know of to over the muscle is that the healing time is a lot shorter. although, personally, i felt fine and was up and about after the first day. i was bartending at the time and waited 2 weeks to go back to work. most girls i know wait a few months to go back to pole work. Some clubs will understand and just let you do lap dances until you're recovered. the stress of polework on your chest muscles can seriously injure your new implants.

I have saline under the muscle. Healing took a long time and I think I waited something like four-six months or so to really start doing stuff that would really work my chest muscles. The surgery hurt. A lot. And the massaging the implants was excruciating to me at first.

    But they look great now.

Hopefully more pole dancers will comment here. I think it depends on how advanced the moves you want to do are.

I work with a girl who seriously dominated the pole before she got her unders done. She can still do 96% of the stuff she did before, but new moves are tougher for her to pick up than they used to be.

Hers do look very real though.

I've been dancing for about 4 or 5 months, so I don't do anything too crazy. My club has a monkey bar type of set up next to the pole, so I think the most intense thing I do with my arms are pull ups and hanging.
Thanks for all the replies so far, I am getting a better idea of how much time to take off work

If you work out a lot or do lots of pole and are not stick skinny Id go for silicone overs. Overs are wayyyy softer for one and heal faster. I woulda totally done overs but my ribs are too skinny so rippling would have been a problem. I have dual plane and because almost half of my implant is not covered they are much softer and more moveable than any unders Ive seen or felt. Most people are shocked when they feel mine cause they look quite fake but they are soft. A friend of mine just got overs 4 weeks ago and she was already on the pole and they look perfect (no need to drop) and soft as mine already - mine took a year to get where hers are. Just some things to consider depending on how athletic you are.

^ very true. Mine look completely natural but don't feel
    It so much.

Also if I get too skinny you start to see some rippling. I can only
Imagine how bad the rippling would be if they were overs!

I think when I finish dancing and upgrade I might go anatomical overs. Theyre more cohesive so should have less ripple and I dont really care if my hubby sees a bit of ripple. For now a more fake look is better I think though.

I have unders and they look natural and feel natural according to everyone. Healing time wasn't too bad for me, the worst part was not being able to shit.

Overs/subfascial. I'm told they are one of the best boob jobs most girls have seen, often get mistaken for natural boobs. It's most likely going to depend on your own body type what result you can expect.

I have silicone unders, and they look and feel great. I was super cautious about my healing time and waited a full month to go back to work because I was afraid of infection. I probably *could* have gone back after 2 weeks, but I wouldn't have touched the pole or done anything too strenuous. Your body will tell you what it can handle. I was officially cleared to go back to all my normal activities, including pole dancing, after 2 months. I'm sort of out of the habit of doing pole tricks now though, and I've definitely lost some upper body strength.

I've had both over and under. I'm very thin and have a tiny frame so when I did over, it looked like I had two cantaloupes sticking out of my chest. under, looks a lot more natural. However the recovery time from under is a bitch!!

I have silicone unders. No im not a dancer but there are certain workouts I can't do because my muscle will grab the implant and then make horrible looking indentions lol. Im a camgirl...so when i use my hand to masturbate..i have to make sure to do it easy so u don't see the indention on cam. I want to change mine to overs. Mine look way to natural. PPl don't know mine are fake in clothes which i hate!!
