    Duh one week to tone up.

    Hello lovlies,

    So, I am auditioning in one week. All summer I have been working out, pole dancing, running, crunches, you get the jist. I finally got into pretty good shape and then BAM i went on vacation. Unfortunately, i guessssss i ate and drank a little too much. Underneath my belly button has a little bulge and my ass got a slightly flabby... IN ONE WEEK!!!!
    So my question to you ladies is, what can i do in one week to tighten up. I've heard that detox/cleansing treatments might do the trick. Otherwise, should i just stick with my crunches/pole dancing/running? Also, is it better to exercise for longer every day (2-3 hrs), or to simply eat less, or to do a 30 min workout multiple times a day...

    HELP!

    Do more intense workouts and eat clean, if you fast you won't have the enery to workout properly to get your ass back into shape and it could look more flabby..

    I'd say eat small meals, low calorie, no or very little carbs/bread, no gluten (it is in a lot of soy products & seasonings- not just breads/carbs), no sugar, no salt, moderate amounts of water, don't eat like 5 hours before bed, go running or do more intensive cardio, lean out with heavy weights and pilates.

    Drop all carbs, increase cardio, stop eating around 5:00 & depending on how you look you may want to look into water pills. Not the most healthy but if you want to look good one week out, treat it like a photo shoot. I'm not to fond of detoxes but I've seen a reduction in the tummy area for a short period of time.

    Cucumber water is a natural diuretic. This will help eliminate the excess water weight. Apple cider vinegar speeds up your metabolism. 1 tsp in 8 oz. water every morning and the cucumber water throughout the day.

    One tbs. of apple cider vinegar thirty minutes before a meal does help. It helps your body digest your food more efficiently; it is similar to your stomach's acid and as a fermented food also contains probiotics. Don't be surprised if it makes you a bit gassy for a day or two, though. And you have to get the kind with the "mother" in it or it's totally useless. Bragg's is the best, in my opinion. Raw veganism definitely helped me knock off weight (in fact, I'm going back to it six days a week on Sunday since I've chubbed up a little bit) but make sure you're getting enough protein and b vitamins. I just took my vitamins and a raw vegan protein powder. It's actually pretty easy to do if you make lots of smoothies. I have a vitamix so I made tons of green smoothies. And make sure you don't go buck wild with nuts, seeds, and oils.
