Hello lovlies,
So, I am auditioning in one week. All summer I have been working out, pole dancing, running, crunches, you get the jist. I finally got into pretty good shape and then BAM i went on vacation. Unfortunately, i guessssss i ate and drank a little too much.Underneath my belly button has a little bulge and my ass got a slightly flabby... IN ONE WEEK!!!!
So my question to you ladies is, what can i do in one week to tighten up. I've heard that detox/cleansing treatments might do the trick. Otherwise, should i just stick with my crunches/pole dancing/running? Also, is it better to exercise for longer every day (2-3 hrs), or to simply eat less, or to do a 30 min workout multiple times a day...
