    Default Salmon everyday.. bad?

    I want to shed 10 lb. I've been eating wild salmon fillet once or twice a day. One filet (about 100g) is 9g fat and 170cal I know they are "healthy fats" but is 6 days a week too much for weight loss? I don't really care about mercury levels and all that right now.
    Many of the obstacles you once imagined are not even there.

    It depends but even pregnant I was eating salmon for every lunch and dinner (no more than 6oz at a time) and still didn't exceed my maximum mercury consumption.

    No it shouldn't effect your weightloss I ate that much salmon and lost ten pounds.
