Default stripper outfits. cover-ups or no?

I work in clubs where we get all-nude, but I usually feel more comfortable walking the floor with some kind of top on, a cover-up to the bikini I'm wearing on stage. Anyone else feel more comfortable with a cover-up, or tiny dress to later take off? Or do you think it's more profitable in the long run to walk the floor in just the bikini? Granted, I probably use a cover-up because I feel insecure. But it also seems more "classy." However, if I had rock-hard abs I'd certainly want to show them off. I guess I'm just curious what others think of wearing something over the outfit they're stripping off onstage.

Well, you're certainly not supposed to walk around the club giving it all away for free. You want to wear something that shows off your body, doesn't show it all, and appeals to the club's customer base - while it's good to stand out, you don't want to alienate the crowd. A little dress is good since it's a bit classier than just a bikini, same with a skirt. To be honest, lots of girls just rock bikinis too though. Try out all the looks, see which is most effective and comfortable for you, and there ya go.

Try to always stand out from other dancers.

I don't suggest always trying to really stand out. It's more about what works for you. If you have a club full of brunettes, and you look awful blonde, stay brunette, for example. But find what works. I'm very petite, and though I'm a 30C, bikini tops make me look really flat. I stick with lingerie, and will occasionally wear garters and seamed stockings. Some girls look so good in bikini's though it would be a shame if they wore a bra and panty set, no matter how cute it is.
I think those stretchy fishnet dresses are cute, and so are cover ups, but if you do get your stomach flat, I wouldn't wear them. You don't want to hide your assets. I think showing off a good amount is better in general, I'm super jealous of girls that can get away with wearing super micro panties and thongs, but they aren't flattering on me.
The best way to find out is just document your money every night depending on if you wore the cover up or not. Are you just nervous because you're insecure, or are you actually a bigger girl btw? Either way, good luck!

I'm 38-28-38 or so, and about 5'9" in stripper shoes. I'm a little older, early 30s. Haven't been dancing very long though (around a year). I forget how much the blacklights and red lights hide figure flaws. I always think pretty much everyone looks GREAT out on the floor. Dudes ask me all the time "do you work out?" so I don't even think they notice my stomach, which I'm just self-conscious about because it's not rock hard. I guess I just like to have something additional to take off, that I can also walk around the floor in. I appreciate all the above comments.

    hi i am new here...

btw, in my club, after we performed (either in full nude or topless) on the stage, we have to step down as what it is from the stage and pass thru' our customers and access to our dress room/corner, we used to walk in nude on the floor every moment; the worst part is, our dress room/corner is partly of the washroom (you will surprise that we have only 1 washroom whereby the washroom is shared by us and our customers), with these, our customer can see our 'real' full nude body in normal lighting when they are using the washroom... this always make me feel very embrassed even i danced in full nude on the stage, but the difference is on the stage is having disco lighting and everything won't be seen so clear, but out of the stage, everything is clearly shown
