    Default Few Questions about Streamate?

    Okay, so I have been through a large part of the Streamate thread, but it's a pretty big thread, so I've had some difficulty finding answers to some questions I have.

    Firstly, what exactly is this 3 week delay, and how do I change it? Is the three week delay only for my first payment (and then every one after that is every week) or do I only get paid every three weeks? I've heard that I can have this lifted, if I contact someone on here, but I'm not exactly sure who to contact or who they were referring to (on the streamate thread.) I would definitely like my money sooner rather than later (I actually kind of need it sooner rather than later, haha.) I'm using mail/check option (if that matters.)

    Also, is there a guide for the encoder around here? I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. I broadcast on streamate, then turn the encoder on. First I got the error " Problem with Primary Server. Failure to connect to Primary server. Please verify that your Server URL and application name are valid and that your Internet connection is working and retry." But then it says that audio and video encoding have started and both feeds seem fine. I have my HD high quality selected, and I went and checked to make sure I had the HD icon on streamate and all seemed well. However the quality still didn't seem all that great. Does that just mean I need a better webcam?

    Any help would be appreciated!

    You can email support from inside your performer account and ask about changing to the one week pay delay. Hover over "Support" and select "Contact". Make sure you choose "Payment Questions" as your subject in the drop down. Then say something along the lines of "I would like to be put on the one week pay delay".

    Then you will receive your checks by mail 9-ish days after the pay period ended. For example this current pay period (sep 9-15) will arrive by mail on sep 24. If you were to choose fed ex, it would arrive on sep 21.

    For the encoder, there are specific detailed instructions inside your performer account. Log in, at the top hover over "Support" and select "HD Encoder". That will walk you through every step in detail.
