Default doubting my boob doc dammit

Hi ok so in my past forum i posted that my left boob had deflated or whatever the correct term is...and so before i had my ps redo/fix it i asked him if maybe i should go w/ silicone or gummy bears and go bigger while i'm at it and he said same thing when i first consulted him for BA; he said for my figure/frame (too) big won't look good/right for me blah blah...btw he didn't even show me the deflated saline implant etc and didn't even freakin tell me what was the cause of the deflation
at my recent check-up, i inquired again that i want to go bigger and this time he tells me yes i can/should if i want to!!! and to consult w/ the nurse...WTF i know now why he didn't put the big size i wanted in the first place...to get/make more money that's what all surgeons etc do; if he had put in the (big) size i wanted in the first place and silicone,

i mean, i'm not a tiny (size) frame/body; i'm like 5'4" at 120 lbs....and want like size D cup that wouldn't look ridiculous/too fake etc on me right? ugh what to do i can't really spend on boobs/surgery; probably costs a lot huh please help me girls!!!!~

Im no expert on boob jobs, but do you think there is a possibility he didn't want to go bigger at the time because he didnt want to stretch your skin too much? One of my friends went too big for what her skin would allow ( imho) and her skin in the chest area looked ( even at over a year post surgery) extremely taught and thin. It didnt look bad or anything, just...fragile, lol.

Its not good to go too big too fast because of the skin stretching thing. You usually have to get a couple boob jobs over the course of a few years and let them heal in between in order for them to look right. Otherwise too big of a pocket and stretching the skin from A to DD looks unnatural and may not heal right.

When I got my salines replaced the doctor didn't show me my implants either. They probably just throw them away. He probably doesn't know what caused it to deflate. It may not be apparent to the naked eye. What matters to him and you is that its covered by warranty.

That said, if your doctor didn't explain any of this to you then you may be better off to find a doctor who is more willing/better able to communicate with you.
