Cross-Country Documentary Looking to Interview Dancers

Looking for strippers willing to be Interviewed.
I am a stripper who's been dancing to support my travel habits, but mostly to be able to have cash and time to pursue acting and performance art.
We are going on a cross country road trip with hopes to try to capture a truth about dancers and breakdown judgements and stereo types.
We are looking for any type of female, any personality, good/bad, positive or negative outlook regarding stripping, ideally strong and positive, though, to talk about their dancing experience(s).
We are especially interested in funny stories, reasons why you dance, and also, what else you do in life, what you want to do, and what you have done. Perhaps even share what else you contribute to life and those around you.

It would also be really cool to be able to follow you on a typical day before work, while you do what you do, so that the world can see the life of a stripper.

Please reply or message if interested or have questions first.
    We can keep things discreet.

Below are the locations and "roundabout" dates.

Please contact us if you dance in any of these cities.

This documentary has intentions to be distributed and played on Netflix, etc.

    Thank you!

Did you delete your other thread when I asked you some tough questions? Just curious. I feel all of my questions were fair. I'm just looking out for my StripperWebbers.

It vanished right after I posted this:

It ranges from a ten minute interview, to a half day of hanging around you.

And... I think it's funny-- I told the crew-- strippers aint gonna do anything for no money. But it's just too bad that we as dancers sometimes become consumed in "how much".

If you're interested and reliable, we can negotiate. But as a dancer also, I don't expect anyone to do it for free.

    I wrote:

--Where will this documentary be aired? Is it a film, a pitch for a series, is it for the web, is it for a college project? Who is producing it?

--Before you discuss any form of negotiations, you may want to present an offer.

I'm not enamored with your phrasing here: "Pay depends on what we get from the dancer."

Are you paying by the hour (of active filming/interviewing)?

Are you paying for access (trust me most clubs will want money to film on their property)?

Are you going to be paying residuals to the participants in the documentary?

Are you paying a flat fee?

    Basically: What's the deal?

Also... Do you have any links to prior work (especially documentary work) that you have done?

When I did a documentary, there was a lot that went into it. It's not as easy as just "following you around"...you have to get landlords to sign permission slips, every place you go has to sign slips. You need EVERY SINGLE PERSON who is going to be on TV, even if they're in the background, to sign a waiver saying they know that they could be filmed.

My pay was a flat fee and was filmed in a 5 day period over 2 months (if I remember correctly).

The club was paid as well...as well as the dancers who said they didn't mind being on film when they filmed in the club.

It was seriously a huge pain in the ass and something that I, personally, would never do again.

    TRUTH ^^^^^^^

Usually filming dancers in the club is done during off-hours (when the club is closed). The vast majority customers don't want to be filmed so filming inside of a club is a pain to organize.

My major problem with Missworld33's vague and nebulous proposal stems from her lack of planning. Without a concrete proposal for payment, she's not credible. If she doesn't have standing agreements with venues to film on their premises, she is going to waster her time, her "crews" time, and dancer's time. If she expects the dancer's to get her crew into the club she is sorely mistaken. I'd never stick my neck out for some wishy-washy film project like that!

I can't take this person seriously, sorry.

Even though this site has seen at least a handfull of requests to participate in shows and documentaries, they seemed LEGIT.

This project certainly doesn't feel anywhere near legit to me.
