I finally managed to muster up the courage to call in and ask for an audition. They told me I could come in tomorrow and that I only need to bring an outfit and shoes for the stage. I was way too excited/nervous that I just said thank you and hung up without asking what that means? Do I have to have a costume, or is a bra/g-string appropriate? I'm assuming they mean strappy heels? Also, I just thought about this now, but...what should I come dressed in? Clearly I shouldn't come in wearing my pajamas or anything, but should the outfit be casual, sexy, etc.?
I tried my best to think of everything before I called in (learned how to do hair and makeup, took some pole dancing lessons [unrelated, just for fun], started exercising, etc.), but now that I've actually done it, there are a million questions running through my head. Would I give the hiring manager my real name? What if I say or do something incredibly inappropriate. Stuff like that. Aside from all the things I might mess up procedurally, I'm worried--of course--about my body. I just moved to Seattle, so I'm not sure what the standards are. I'm 5'2" and 125 lbs (Asian). My boyfriend describes me as "slightly pudgy," but with a nice face. I can't provide pictures of the face, but here are some body pics:
Opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you everyone who took the time to read this.

I didn't speak to the manager specifically though, just someone who answered the phone to say that the person in charge of hiring was not there and to come in tomorrow during x-hours. Does that make a difference at all?
It sucked, but there's nothing I could have done about it. I actually ended up getting my period that same day, so I'm probably not going to be able to audition until Monday (I'm a bit too nervous to go in on a weekend, and I'm not sure if it's allowed anyway). At least the manager doesn't know who I am, so there's that! I have a few extra days to do my nails, figure out my hair, practice makeup, and work out. Gotta love those silver linings.
