    Default Zombies, Run!

I just downloaded this new running app called Zombies, Run!
It's kind of like a game, but you don't do anything but run. I keep trying to type out an explanation but I don't think I'm doing a very good job, check out their website though... https://www.zombiesrungame.com/
"You are Runner 5. Hundreds of lives are counting on you. You've got to help your base rebuild from the ruins of civilization by collecting critical supplies while avoiding roving zombie hordes. Can you save them and learn the truth about the zombie apocalypse?
Even better, you can your own custom playlists before you start running: the story unfolds in between your tracks through a series of dynamic radio messages and voice recordings."

Anyway, does anyone else use it? I just got it and used it for the first time today running around my neighborhood. It definitely helped motivate me, and I already want to get back out there to see what happens next in the story. The only thing is I prefer running on a treadmill (I feel like I get a better run) and I'm not sure how well it works on that. I've heard mixed things. Has anyone tried it on the treadmill?

^ Yeah it really is. Like I said, I prefer to run on the treadmill. I have a harder time staying motivated and finding/keeping my pace when I run outside, and I always end up cramping up and having to walk for part of it, and then I often just feel like a big crampy loser so I quit and go home early (bad I know lol). I had the same problem today, but when I finished I saw I did double the distance I thought I did. Wanting to know what happens next in the story really helped keep me going!

I used to love the treadmill but I feel like running outside is a much better workout for me. Although whenever I get cramps I tell myself to walk it out, and then I get that stupid song stuck in my head. I do get nervous about safety sometimes, ever since a woman was murdered on my favorite running trail. The only reason I wasn't on that trail at the time and day she was killed was because I was taking a vacation. So now I only run in my neighborhood. I was training for this:

...but my knee keeps getting jacked up so now I don't think I'll get to do it. So sad. I feel all jiggly and I don't get to run from zombies.
