    Walking lunges on the track at the gym also help...for all the running I do to trim my legs down, it gives me pancake ass...so I do intervals between running and a lap around with walking lunges (yes, and everything else the website suggests, I'd include sumo deadlifts...I lift HEAVY because I'm not blessed with a naturally curvaceous booootttyyy!)....
