Default Studio registration in MFC and LJ

    Hi girls,

Is it easy to register a studio with MFC and LJ? I want to start up a studio but Im not sure which site´s the best.

Any recommendations? And how´s the process of creating a studio? Are the any requirements?

Sorry for all these questions but I normally work on my own but recently I´ve some friends that want to try to be a camgirl.

    Thanks. Love you all!

if they are your friends, why wouldn't you show them the websites to join them as independent cam girls rather than make a profit from them? or direct them to this thread http://www.stripperweb.com/forum/sho...avoid-studios)

I guess this explain why you were so intent on finding a 'new site' with excellent customer service in your previous posts

Since you (I assume) want your studio to be profitable, you should just direct your sign-ups here so we can give them tips that wil help them make you more $$$$

in all seriousness, though, do you really think we're going to provide you with information on how to become a studio? are you aware of where you are?

I was thinking that, but in all honesty didn't have the balls to say it. All I could think was "isn't this forum super anti studios?"

^^^^sw def tends to be anti-studio, but either way, never be afraid to speak your mind here

I'll add this to Rosse's beautiful link above...

Beyond the percentage they take, studios tend to engage in shady business practises and provide horrid service to the unwitting chicas they recruit:

^Im going to keep going, Im just going cross-eyed and have to do something else for a bit so Ill come back to edit this to add more. I haven even linked to external sites like RipOffReports.
@SweetLollipop, your lack of initiative on the forum suggests that your studio service will be even worse than most. It is possible to earn a living without deceiving others and stealing a portion of their hard-earned income. Try it some time. You might like it

    thx for your opinons.

Just FYI girls, I want to register a Studio just because me friends wants to be paid through my payment details!!!! Im not intending to become an OWNER of my friends. When i mean friends i mean REAL friends in life. They want me to do them a favor.. since they just want to test it out and didnt want to bother to get a new bank account or paypal account whatsoever, before they know if webcamming was something for them....

Your reactions/posts are really insulting. And please dont judge someone before you know their real intentions...

I created this thread with no bad intentions... just trying to be a good friend!!

I'm sorry but this doesn't make any sense. So you're signing up for a studio because you and your friends want to be paid through your payment details?
Is that the best you can come up with? Who said your friends would have to get a new back account? You are not making any sense at all.

Mixing your business and personal life is never a good idea. If you were to go through with this, you would be creating yourself a nightmare. You would need to collect sensitive tax information from your friends (like SS#), be responsible for paying them each week, have to register yourself as a business with the IRS and subsequently issue 1099 forms to each performer at the end of the year. This is going to incredibly complicate your taxes. The IRS does not like businesses that do not show 'profit'. it reeks of money laundering. Which is in essence what youll be doing when you take their entire payment under your tax id and forward it to them. Also somewhere somehow someone is going to have to absorb the costs of transferring the money between accounts and the misc fees, which is why you just dont mix the two.

If your friends want to try it out then they should sign up on their own. They dont need new banking info, and they dont need to create a tax nightmare for you.

You do not have to be a studio to do this. If they insist on doing it this way, your friends just have to put your payment info on their accounts. Your checks can be made out to whoever you want them to be made out to, and the same goes with other payment methods. I haven't been thru the process on those sites you're talking about, but I know on SM they don't care who they pay.

But I agree that this will create a huge complication for you when tax time comes if you decide to go the studio route. It's not just as simple as paying them what they made. If the money goes into your account you have to pay them legally, which means you are responsible for documenting their income so that they can be responsible for paying taxes. You have to document everything.

That's why, when asking for help, it's a good idea to give relevant information in order to avoid confusion. The responses you received were totally appropriate for the post you made.
