SM girls: Pic hosting sites for guys who purchase pic sets?

Or - how do you send pic sets to guys on Streamate without having to upload each pic manually to each message?

I get a lot of interest from guys who buy these pic sets, usually as a tipping incentive during GOLD show countdowns, they go down great, but I can't stand having to upload each and every pic manually to each and every message each time! It's SO time consuming! >.< Is there any alternative?

I use MediaFire.com for storing videos (can also store photos and audio files), and I pay for the $9/month plan.

When you store a photo, video, or audio file to your MediaFire account, MF gives each file a link. Have the guy on Streamate message your SM inbox, and just respond with the link to your photo.

If you're giving him MULTIPLE files at once, you check off the box next to each file, and when you click 'Share Selected', a window pops up (it will say 'Share Multiple Items') giving you the link.

I just started keeping a list of who has which videos, because it's annoying as hell when some guy later says "I lost your videos...can you send them to me again?"

I don't believe my pic sets are currently set to private (I have only just opened my account there - no links given out yet), do I need to set it all to private to keep details (such as my email address) secret?
If I don't set my pics to private, is there any risk they can see my email address? And does not setting them to private still mean the link still expires within 48 hours?

I think only giving people the link (or having files sent to their specific email) makes it accessible to them. I don't use any passwords for any of my files on there.

I'm pretty sure they can see my email address though, cuz everytime I send out a file it shows my email address and the email address I want to send it to. But I use the alternate email specifically for camming. I never give out my primary e-mail.

I don't do Streamate, but just thought I'd throw this out there in case it had been overlooked. If you are allowed to add attachments to your SM mail, would it let you upload your pic sets are a zip folder? That would be a lot quicker.

Also, does anyone know if there is a size limit for attachments when sending through SM email to a customer? Would be REALLY nice if we could attach a small short video to a SM email!

Is Streamate okay with cam girls giving customers links to sites like mediafire? Seems like giving links to picture sets would be against their terms of service as it is directing customers away from their site. I am interested in doing this but don't want to have my SM account banned or closed.

There is a file size limit and you can only upload certain types of files. Here's a screenshot.


Also, on the original topic. I use Media Fire for all of my videos for SM guys, and you can also use it for pics. You can password protect each file individually and then share the link with the guys and the password at the same time. You can create folders and password protect them or just the file.

So basically when they mail me for their video after they have sent the gold I send them a mail back saying thanks and here is your link

Just wanted to put it out there that for ppl who dont use media fire that every two weeks or so you should make a new folder and put all ur content in that new folder or rename the folder because guys are cheap and if they buy ur content and you give him the link guys could post it somewhere or give it to their freinds so ur content link will be out there for guys to grab up for free. Even thu I think every cam girl should use cam redeem just because the links do expire that is bad ass for preventing the link sharing I just warned about.

OP, I just create each pic set in it's own folder that I've scaled down to a zip file by using winwar or winzip. That way I can easily attach it to an email and it won't take forever to download or load up because it's a zip file.

Not sure if it would be considered against the rules, but tons of models give pics and vids to guys who tip x Gold or guys who send x Gold towards Gold shows. I've sent files too (I use MediaFire) and haven't had any problems.

I think SM's biggest issue is with models using Streamate public chat to advertise other cam sites like MyFreeCams, etc...and models telling guys right there to pay for Skype shows. That could be what SM really has a problem with (models telling guys to visit them elsewhere to pay for shows, etc.) but I'm not sure. They're not as informative about this stuff as they really should be.

*If you�re selling photos or videos, make sure to tell TV viewers they can get them too once they log in.

*When you start a TV show, be sure to encourage members to join the show. Even if the show is definitely going to start, you still want as many users to join the fun. If you go over your goal, its higher earnings for you! Tell everyone about your show, even if your topic says it. TV viewers are interested in what your show will be like and how to interact with you.

*Interact with viewers. They are seeing you on TV and may not realize how much interaction they can actually have with you directly. Greet your all your fans, make them feel special, blow a kiss at the end of your show. Watch the timer on your show and do your best to give the show some closure, to say goodbye or remind users about your private sessions. Keep them coming back for more by reminding them how to find you and to come back and see you.

I don't know why but there is tons of helpful info on Streamate Tumblr account. They actually say to use mediafire as the file share even tho mediafire says no pornography. Every question I wanted answered is over there. I don't know why they don't tell more girls about it. Its very helpful!

Since this thread's been bumped today, I figured I'd let everyone know that CamRedeem allows you to upload pic sets too. When you want to upload a file, you choose to upload a 'picture set' or 'video'. And CamRedeem is still free at the moment while in it's Beta stage.

Just a quick note on giving videos- Models are complaining that guys are publishing them on the web, and sharing the links with their friends, so if it's a site that You use where there is a fee for you to upload ur vids, your bill will be sky high. Pix are much better if you just attach them from your sm e-mail.(imo).

^^It's going to happen regardless. That is why I watermark my photos. Even the ones I post on twitter. I individually add all of the pictures and send it in a group message if its a goldshow reward. (have them send me a message, add them to my contacts, then send a mass group email.)
