So I am thinking about getting my boobs done, and am going to go to some consultations in the next couple weeks.
Now, I know that it is important to choose a surgeon with a good reputation and that I feel comfortable with. I'm not looking for justification to go with the cheapest place I can find.
But when it comes to achieving a certain look, how much control does the doctor have over this and how much is limited to what your body already looks like?
For example, the space in between the breasts. Does the doctor have control over how much space there is? What about the shape? My friend's boobs are kind of pointy, and then I've seen other girls whose look much rounder. Are these things that are predetermined by what's there already?
Also, when it comes to certain issues post BA (rippling, capsular contractions, muscle flexion distortion), how much can the surgeon help and how much is based on my body or left to chance? I know that with rippling the type of implant and the amount of tissue I have can affect this. Really, my major worry is the muscle flexion distortion. I know it's normal for the implant to move when you flex, I'm talking about something serious like this.
Obviously these are concerns I am going to bring up with the doctor, but I wanted to ask them on here first. I don't want to be sold on this by someone making unrealistic promises to me.
