So after a long ass time losing weight I decided to start toning. Is there a max weight limit to what I can lift and some exercises I absolutely must avoid at all costs? Currently I do 5llbers.

Generally no, there isn't a max weight to chest exercises. My dic recommended waiting 8 weeks after the surgery to lift but I waited longer. After yes I was a bit weaker but I continued lifting and after a few months I could actually lift more than prior to the surgery (I'd hired a personal trainer to lose the post-surgery weight).

I try to avoid too much chest work just cause I really don't believe it's good for the implants. My doc said its fine but I don't think he realised how many push ups and chest presses I used to do. I used to do full push ups (easily sets of 30) and around 50lbs for chest press. Now I do only girl push ups and only 16.5lbs bench press but really high reps. Everything else I have no concerns although I do find I struggle with lat pull downs now because the chest engagement. Cause one of mine is slightly bottomed out I don't wanna make it worse. :-/
My dr told me weights and exercises are not a problem. I lift 30lbs everyday no problem for a year. I have had my under the muscle for 5 years now.
