    Default Ireland - taxes

Are there any irish camgirls here? I'm thinking about moving to Ireland and I'd like to know how the taxing system (?) works there.

Northern or Southern? I imagine NI is the same as the rest of the UK, but S. Ireland will be different.

I haven't decided yet, but probably Dublin, so Southern. (Most of the laws in Northern Ireland are the same as in UK, right? I don't quite get it.)

I'm in Northern Ireland, but I don't really know how the taxes in the South work. Yep, N.I is the same as the rest of the U.K.

I skimmed through this link quickly and it looks like Ireland's system is pretty similar to the U.K's - keep a record of all of your earnings, then you file a self assessment at the end of the year showing how you worked out how much tax you need to pay, then you pay it. It looks complicated but it's actually quite simple as long as you keep a proper record of your earnings.

just take into consideration the rate of tax in s ireland compared to n ireland due to the eruo crisis. also if you set yourself up as a company you can register it in england say and then work in s ireland so you pay england tax rates and not s ireland tax rates. ah the world of taxes is a complicated one. also find yourself a good accountant and they will help you sort it all out.
