    Default Michigan Clubs (Metro Detroit)

    Hi ladies,

I know it's been a while since I've been active on this forum, but I'm curious if anyone has any updates on the clubs located within the greater detroit area; specifically I'm curious about:

-The Flight Club (I've heard they tried opening a casino and it got shut down, leaving the 2nd floor unavailable for VIP?) I remember this club was really cut-throat, only hiring uber skinny girls with implants, extensions, etc. I don't have implants but I have a larger cup size. Also the milage was ridiculously high and bouncers were a-holes...
-The Hustler Club (Lincoln Park...What's the crowd like...older/younger/wanna be gangsters, etc. Overall thoughts?)
-The Playhouse and Landing strip (I know you need a dancer card to work in these places, just curious what that would cost and what you think of the clubs)

Also if anybody could tell me the average age for days; I'm no 21y/o spring chicken now and just want to be sure I don't stand out like an [old] thumb

Thanks for any and all input!
I'd grab my trumpet and I'd do a stripper sound, like the old Louis Armstrong, real raspy. And the people would go nuts! Then I knew that the sexual, sensual, guttural sound, that throbbing sound, is where it's at.

Hustler club got taken over by Deja Vu Ypsilanti management this summer. I've been retired a couple months but last I heard it was $0-$30 house fee/tip out depending who you ask. Club has grabby patrons and is notoriously an extras club so you'll get lots of customers bugging about that. New girl money potential if you hustle.

Stay away from landing strip, ever since the owner got in trouble its been downhill. The good security left or retired and you need a dance card to work there.

Flight club is an extras club. The flying aces casino failed. I wouldn't set foot in flight club. Ever.

Actually, Hustler has changed and is now one of the cleanest clubs in metro Detroit in terms of extras. The new management is very intolerant about extras. It's run differently than most Detroit clubs because they have couch dances and timed rooms that cost money. They take a portion of whatever you make from the couch dances and rooms so the overall tip-out is low. You need your social security card to audition at Hustler, just like all the other Deja Vu chains.

Flight Club is an extras-club. I would have given it a try anyway because I consider myself a good looking dancer but they don't get as much traffic as they used to so it's a shark tank and I wouldn't survive there as a clean dancer in a room full of whores. Stay away.

Landing Strip used to be my main club but now I work primarily at Trumpps because it's closer. I used to average around $500 a night at Landing Strip. I haven't been there in about two months and my earnings at that time weren't as good as usual but it was a slow time of year. However, it has become more and more infested with whores which isn't propelling me to go back there any time soon. You don't need a dance card to work there right away, they'll let you work several days/weeks without one. My friend danced there for over a month and never got her dance card. When I first started there I was without a dance card until I'd been working there for six months, but every since GW Talent started working there, girls are encouraged to get their cards more quickly.

I think you misunderstood me, I have worked at Hustler since the changes and am very familiar with George because of Deja Vu. My point was Hustler is notoriously an extras club--As in it has a reputation for extras and many customers still expect it or have taken their business elsewhere. That doesnt mean extras are still readily available per se. I agree the changes have cleaned things up to an extent.

I get what you're saying now. That was a concern of mine while I was contemplating trying out the club - if it was such a dirty club before, what's happened to all those customers who were used to that "special" treatment? I've also heard it's pretty slow there. Nevertheless, about a week or so ago I got so sick of extras girls that I asked several reputable sources in the Detroit strip club industry which club is the cleanest right now and all of their answers were simply: Hustler. I'll eventually give it a try but surprisingly Trumpps has treated me well and I live at 6 and Woodward so the 15-20 minute drive to Trumpps beats the 40 mins it would take me to get all the way out to Hustler anyway.

    (edited my previous post btw).

Do not let all the rumors scare you away from Flight Club, try it out for yourself and draw your own conclusions. many of the traveling customers are unaware of the extras available and are not looking for that at all. Also, you can charge whatever you want, per song, by time, whatever, as long as you both are in agreement before you begin. I dance clean and I still do well. Just be smart and realize even if you are not doing extras, high contact is pretty much expected. Good luck!

Right now business in Detroit is not great in general. It's way slow, especially since it's "busy time"/holiday season. Flight Club will probably hire you but keep in mind tipout is pretty high. I work for another club Alan owns and our tipout is $125/shift. Hustler club had some changes recently and I heard it's totally dead over there. I don't think it's right but men want extras and why would they go to a club where they can't get it? I haven't really heard much of anything about Playhouse or Landing Strip but to get your dance card it's $200 and a lot of hassle. haha

Thanks everyone for the input. I tried out Hustler and yes, it was DEAD. However, they have a zero tolerance policy for extras. I was told this by mngmnt, dancers, and bouncers. There is minor contact, grinding, boob bullshit, etc. but no sucking/effing/fingering, blahblabh. Also I've heard it's required to have a santa outfit now at flight, and that there won't be the gown requirement again until Jan. I think the gown req. is still for dayshift only....

I'm still debating trying it out as I give great non extras dances, but we'll see..

Summer is usually pretty slow in Detroit. Winters are good until after the holidays, then things slow way down. For example, in December I was probably averaging about $7-800 a night. Now that New Year's has passed, my earnings are way lower. Things will continue to be slow until about the end of February. January and the second half of Summer are probably some of the slowest times.
