Every time Ive ever tried to do a double shift, I end up leaving pretty early in the night, I cant seem to do it but I see lots of girls do it without a problem. Any suggestions or ideas on how to get it done?

A double shift? as In 16 hours? sorry but who the fuck works 16 hours?
Doubles blow. The only girls who I see doing it successfully and really maximizing their time take a 1-2 hour break in the middle (when it's the most dead) to grab some food, chill, and recharge.
Normally at my club they go home for a couple hours, then come back, but even then it doesn't happen very often. Dancing for 16 hours is a long time! You need to make sure your giving your body a rest.

I used to know girls that did doubles because for whatever reason they could only work 1-2 days. It just takes knowing you literally HAVE to make your money, and if you don't you're fucked. One of the girls I knew took care of an elderly parent, and only had one or two days where she didn't need to be there. Days were slow, so she's hustle what she could (usually only a few hundred), go out to eat, come back, and stay until 5 in the morning.
A great sleep, for starters.
If you drink, minimize your alcohol intake because alcohol will surely make you want to retire early.
Bring plenty of water, as water helps with fatigue and boost energy. On that note, B12 supplements help and I usually go with Green Tea because it doesn't make me crash like coffee and redbull.
Bring snacks. You're gonna need fuel.
Some do it but I'm too lazy to do it but bring diff outfits so you can change it up and feel fresh every now and then.
Def take breaks and supplies for your "me" time- magazines, books, music etc.
Don't focus on time or the amount of money youre making or not making. Stress can seriously wear the brain out and make you fatigue. Try to live in the moment and do the best you can rather than wasting your time thinking about the cheap bastard 10 min ago or wasting your time worried about how much you will end up. I personally make the most money when I don't count my total til the END of the night. Everytime I got a dance or VIP, I lock it up and don't look back til end of shift.
I haven't seen more than a handful of girls work a double successfully. There are good ideas listed above but honestly I (personally) would have better results working two nights in a row than working one double.

Take a LONG break away from the club. Somewhere nice, non threatening, calm. It'll be your recharge button!
I like to wash my face on my break and do a different look for nights if I'm pulling a double. I also refrain from doing pole tricks during most of the day part of the shift.

OOh, THANKS so much for this!^ I myself wont' be working doubles, BUT..I have a crappy part time reg. job, & I am going back to dancing prob. part time. I have a serious fatigue/depression problem on top of extreme ongoing stress, + I am not young, & it will most likely take me as much just to get thru a couple of shifts weekly, as it would someone else working extra

doubles kill me!, I left early last time!
xoxo
These are two totally different things. If you have to work doubles because that's all your schedule permits or you need cash fast, all you can really do is power through and bring lots to keep your energy up. Working a double when things are going good is much much easier - I'm generally inclined to stay later (which sometimes accidentally results in almost pulling a double) when I'm making money and there's still relatively easy money to be made, but that's never planned.

Sorry Im still baffled... you people are seriously working 16 hours? WTF. Work smarter, not harder. My longest shift was probably 11 or 12 because I was forced to work that long at this particular club and I made no more money than I would in a 7 hour shift.
