Hey all I was just curious to see if anyone has eaten here. They're opening one up in my state and it seems like a Panera type restaurant. The menu looks delicious so I was also wondering what dish you would recom men. I'm a fan of pasta lol. Pasta recipes are also welcome

There are 2 or 3 near me, and I really like them. It has the vibe of a coffee shop, but serves real food. I'd recommend at least trying them out.

I really like their buttered noodles, but they are easy to make at home. Japanese pan noodles are also really good, as is their pesto cavatappi.
    And now I want noodles..

    Aberrant has the vibe right

Food is good but full of calories. They don't cut corners lol. It's nice once in a while.

When I was in Boulder I was running 60 miles of trail a week......and swimming/gym. Noodles was great when I really needed it. I ate the beef stroganoff one. They also have salads. The summer salad was great. I liked to get the salad and a rich entree and split both with someone. great for takeout.

It's very good. The Mac and Cheese is good. They also sell ginormous rice crispy treats.

OMG... I haven't had Noodles & Co. in foreverrr. This was always my go-to order, and I'm not even kidding: Buttered noodles with extra, extra, EXTRA parmesan cheese + a ciabatta roll with extra butter. There was a Noodles & Co down the street from my old club, and I used to go there every single day before work. And YES, that extra cheese sure did catch up to me.

Get the Penne Rosa if you like spicy stuff. Otherwise, order spaghetti with penne noodles and a roll. Delicious, cheap, and fresh.
