I definitely second what Lusty said above - it is much better to try and get a solid 5-6 hours rather than two spurts of 2-3 hours apiece. it can take 3 hours to go through a full REM cycle, so you want to ideally sleep for 6 hours at a time.
Other than that, you could look at some multi-taking/time-saving measures.
Having a separate camming room helps, but even just leaving all your stuff set up in the bedroom and keeping the baby out of there helps. If you get up in the morning, shower, and put on your makeup/wear your nice undies under your day-to-day clothes, and have your cam set up and ready to go, then you can hop on for 30 mins or an hour at a time....so when your girl is napping, you can set up a baby monitor (so that you can still be keeping an ear out for her) and hop on cam for a short show.
Consider filming stuff you do anyway - if you have a laptop, take it into the bathroom and film your shower, film you brushing your teeth, film you putting on lotion after the shower, etc etc etc. It takes an extra couple minutes to set up, but it won't take too much out of your day, and gives you extra clips to sell. Don't underestimate the selling power of sleeping clips, too. If you take a nap in the afternoon, put on a voyeur cam or film it for a voyeur clip.
Depending on how you feel about it, you could film yourself doing laundry, ironing, cleaning etc with the kids in the room - I know that a lot of people might gasp at the thought, but if you are clothed (I'm thinking shorts and a tank), you aren't doing anything that you wouldn't be anyway, you are just filming it.
And obviously, do whatever you feel best with regards to supplements/pills, but I really wouldn't recommend taking caffeine pills. They can do real damage to your system - but more often, they will just keep you up for a while, but will stress your system, and can lead to a lowered immune system, and you getting too sick to do any of this. Taking a lot of caffeine also tends to disrupt your sleep cycles, so you may find that when it comes time to actually go to sleep, you can't, or you get a lower quality of sleep.
Keep going with the b-12, make sure you are drinking a LOT of water, and up the level of protein in your diet. I would also really recommend doing some yoga - you don't need to go to a class or anything, but do some while you are watching the kids - it really helps my energy levels.
