Does anyone have experience of clearing up eczema?
I have occasional outbreaks (like once every 4 years or so) but am currently experiencing my worst outbreak ever that feels like it will never go away. It came as dyshydrosis on my hands in July and has just got worse and worse to the point that my handsare now cracked bleeding and flaking, swollen with infection and keep me awake at night. I have to wear white cotton gloves to the office and if i didn't feel freaky enough it's spread to my face, scalp and neck too.
I look like a leper and feel terrible, not to mention itchy and painful. I have a modelling assignment booked for the first week of December but i can't do the job if my skin is in this state!
The steroid cream and moisturizer my doctor gave me hasn't really helped at all and i am waiting for a appointment with a medical dermatologist. I know that i am very stressed and work in a very dry air conditioned office. I've given up caffeine and dairy as i know both these things aggravate my skin, i've also started to drink apple cider vinegar every morning as i've read this can help. Any suggestions gratefully received.

Keep a food journal, and log what sets you off and what doesn't. Once you identify your triggers, you can start avoiding them. In the meantime, Jessie's suggestions are very good.
