Default how to work the working crowd?! only old business guys like me

Most of the time I make no money if we get the working guy crowd but other girls bank. I do get the old guys and do well. What am I doing wrong! I can't rely on the old guys.

First off, what do you say to them and how do you try to hustle them? How do they react? It'll be easier to give you advice if we know what you're doing and can figure out why isn't not working for this crowd. Also, do you mean blue collar working crowd, like construction workers, oil rig workers, truckers, etc., etc.?

i cant hustle young guys for crap!! even though im young myself im not their idea of beauty, so the old men love me. where I work it's mainly the older men who actually spend, so I'd rather it even though I always cop a bit of slack from the younger guys for spending too much time with the greys. LOL

There's nothing wrong with knowing your target demographic and focusing on them when there are options. Focus on the older business guys when they're around and don't worry about being able to hustle everyone, because no stripper will be everyone's cup of tea.

When there are no other viable options, head over to the working class crowd. I find it's better to be more of a party and fun girl stripper with them, with less focus on conversation and building rapport that way. There are, of course, exceptions, so gauge the customer's reaction when you first approach them and where they lead the conversation. As a a general rule, keep it light, fun, and cheeky.

A lot of younger guys may seem like they want a party fun stripper, but deep down they really want a kick ass girl next door they think they have a chance to date. Just make sure to relate where he's coming from. Is he outdoorsy? Inside, video game nerd? Relate to him! Not all young guys are alike, I've had down home country boys spend hundreds on me. Just remember, a lot of poor guys are poor because they're STUPID with money when they have it. And when they do, you'll know right away.
My best customers are older white men, like most girls, but getting a few young guys can make my night too.

^Yes to relating to your customer! It's important to have something to bond over with any customer, but especially those who you aren't used to hustling. Try not to be too fake about it though, and focus on things you are actually somewhat knowledgeable of. It's wise to learn a little bit about a lot of common topics (cars, local sports teams, golf, video games, comics, etc.) so you actually have something to say.

Also, and totally irrelevant to relating to your customer, but go for the working class guys everyone else is ignoring. Usually, girls avoid dirty looking guys because they think they don't have any money, but I have a very generous regular who always shows up in ratty clothes. There have been many instances where I've approached a less than fabulously dressed customer only to find out that they're ready and willing to spend / especially since they've been ignored by other girls. Construction workers, oil rig workers, truckers, etc. don't dress up, but they generally make good money, and if they're in the club, they probably don't have anyone else to spend it on. So that's my 2c on which blue collar workers to approach first.
