You might be interested in this documentary called The Great Happiness Space (may still be instant streaming on Netflix), it is about Japanese male hosts who are sort of like paid companions in a fancy bar/lounge/nightclub where most of their clients are women. It is definitely high price. The guys have to create a party atmosphere, do P4P, work a crowd, etc and they talk about burnout, sales, boundaries, etc.
What's interesting about the documentary is many of the female clients are also sex workers themselves. Which I didnt expect when watching. Even better they talk about why the selected interviewees as dancers/escorts/peepshow girls enjoy paying for male company. A few say they spend too much money and time with the hosts and a few others only do it every so often.
