Default What's the average hours for a shift dancers work?

    A. Just wondering what is the average amount of hours girls work a shift?(1) 4hours (2) 8hours (3) 16hours......

    B. How many days a week do girls work on average too?

    C. What should be the minimum average a newbie should make on a average shift too? Like what should a newbie dancer be making for an minimum average for 4hours, 8hours?

I know it will vary from girl to girl and also days but on average for the average dancer, average looks and body, average day, etc being a newbie so I know s starting point..TIA

hmm, too hard to say what "average" money would be for a newbie with "average looks/body," but I would say an average shift would be 7 hours and I would say girls choose to work an average of 3 days/week.

I think a good starting point for someone brand new would be 2x minimum wage. if you are not making that, then you should switch clubs immediately. if you are making that but others are making more, I think it's fine to stick around and work your way up.

If you are just "average" in every way, you won't get any attention. It depends almost entirely on your hustle, depending on where you are.

    ^This!

    A. It depends on you and the club i.e. some allow you to choose your start-finish times and some will keep you until the club closes, regardless of how busy it is (on average a shift is anywhere from about 6-10 hours IMO. But it can be less or more-I've worked 5 hour shifts and 12 hour shifts before, for example).
    B. That also depends on you (unless the club has a minimum requirement. For example I once worked at a club that required dancer's to work atleast 2 shifts a week).
    C. Impossible to pin point-this really depends on your look, area and your most of all-your hustle.

An average shift when you do private party dancing is around $300 and up for an one hour show. You make money quicker than you do in a club.

4-6 hours/shift 4 days a week is about average for me. Track your time, hours/shift, money made, etc for at least 3 months to get YOUR average. The more hours or days you put in the more potential money you can make.
