I noticed some slight rippling in my left implant due to weight loss. I'm contemplating switching out to silicone, more specifically the new gummy bears. Any experiences/recommendations?

i was planning to get saline because its cheaper and safer i hear..i've heard about the gummy bear ones tho! they sound awesome, one girl i work with told me she was paying 24 grand for hers tho..that didn't sound quite right to me :p

I worked with a girl who had gummy bears and they were the most real feeling fake tits I've ever felt.
She said you have to be more careful with chest exercises and stuff than with normal implants.
i have cohesive gel under the muscle and still have rippling, it supposed to be less than with saline but it does not guarantee that you wont have any. i have it under and even in my cleavage in certain positions, it doesnt realy bother me and not there when i am standing straight. just so you know having another surgery to get silicone may still leave you dissapointed if you are trying tog et rid of ripples. the way i see it is that id rather have some rippling than be fat ;P

I went from saline to silicone (not gummies) and it was the best thing I ever did. I still have a ripple but for me at least they feel substantially softer and more real, and I didn't have a lot of breast tissue in the beginning. Also, I switched because my saline implant burst and let me tell you that was the worst thing -- not that I want silicone leaking into my bloodstream or anything, BUT the saline was just GONE. Pop. Whistle. WTF. I went to a New Year's Eve party that night and cried and cried and cried until I got so drunk I laughed and showed people. OMG. Then woke up the next day and cried. Worst New Year's EVER. So yes, go silicone imho lol

I think with some silicone girls theres still rippling..When I lost weight w my salines I felt that going bigger and filling out was my best option and now I have no rippling..

I had a bit of rippling on the bottom/sides with saline now none with my silicone gummies even though they're 2x the size. My salines were not overfilled so the silicones are actually less jiggly and squishy. But I could feel the bag under my skin with salines and they sloshed around some while the silicones are just soft. It's nice to not see and feel the ripples!
I have 650cc saline implants and I'm having some rippling issues. The looked fine for years, but now I've dropped about 8% bodyfat (go me!) and the bag is totally starting to show through. The only reason I didn't get the silicone ones in the first place is because my plastic surgeon told me the scar would be bigger for saline than for silicone. For you girls who had saline and switched to silicone, was the second scar larger? Was your surgeon able to go through the original incision location? I'm also curious, is your second boob operation less intense than your first? I was an A/B cup and went to an F cup in a single operation. It was murdah, let me tell you. But so worth it.

Switched from saline to silicon and YES! Limited rippling! Love them! Get silicon!
