I just wanted to let you know, in case you didn't already.
I was having problems signing into my custy account on sm kept telling me I had to contact CS.... I had been using a vpn and proxy to log into my customer account to check my placement on SM since I have geoblocking enabled.
Today, I called, had to verify my info and then the customer service rep asked if I had been out of the country.. In which I said no. I told him I had used a vpn to log in maybe that was why and he said it was against the terms and conditions to do so. And I could have my account closed for doing so. If I wanted to keep the account open, not to use any of those.
So in one way, its nice to know that they are looking out, thinking someone had stolen my info and was using it out of the country and blocking my account from further use, but not so good that I can't check on myself![]()
He did restore my account. but it wont help me for checking placement since I can't log in with the vpn or proxy.
