Default quick question about upload speed

Hey I live in Dallas tx and I have Verizon FIOS as my internet provider. I know that my internet speed is pretty fast. So when i run the speed test AND i pick Dallas as my server i get 20.52 mbps dowload and 20.62 mbps UPLOAD which is pretty fast. I have logitech c910 and i7 so I never had any problems with encoder crashed or anything. SO i am doing alright on streamate making around 40-60$ an hour but lately few customers told me they had to leave private cause it was lagging pretty badly. SO i was confused knowing i have all the tech requirement etc. I thought its propably cause I am using wireless, so i went to walmart quick and got ethernet cable to see if my connection would be more steady. It was still lagging sometimes, and i turned off my geo restrictions to see my placement and to click on my room while i am online to see whats up, and i saw like 5-10 sec delay and kinda slow/fast motion (movement ).... dont know how to explain it english isnt my first language so sorry... lol but the point is i contacted streamate support and told them about whats happening they told me to run a speed test and PICK a server as SEATLLE WA so i did and here is what i am getting picking Seatlle WA, 20.64 mbps download, and fuckkkk 2.11 mbps UPLOAD !!! so ( 2.11 mbps) is my actual upload speed when i log in to streamate and transfer data to their servers in Seatlle WA.

SO whoever is working on streamate to really verify your upload speed and run a speed test you have to pick SEATLLE WA as your server to see a real actual upload speed u get streaming on streamate.

I am mean that would really explain why I am lagging cause i dont see any other reason.

I am upgrading tomorrow to 75/35 mbps and i cant wait what gonna happen... i will post tomorrow
    any thoughts on this one???

Mine is 1.8 and I do beyond fine, so that may not be the whole story.... perhaps some of your encoder settings need to be optimized?
