I don't live in LA County, so I couldn't vote no, on Measure B. This is a pretty great clip out of 'Funny or Die', in response to its proponents.
Enjoy!

"SS=stripper shit, in the same spectrum as CS=customer shit, which is within the spectrum of SaS=sales shit, which is all contained in the universe of BS=bullshit." -- Jay Zeno (mod)
"Show me a hot chick and I'll show you someone who's tired of fucking her."

A very funny video, but for Hirsch and other SoCal porn producers and performers this isn't a laughing matter. 'Safe Sex' porn is an extremely hard sell to customers, and there will be no shortage of porn produced outside of SoCal which won't be 'wrapped up' by Measure B for those customers to choose from.
Odds are that Hirsch and other SoCal based mainstream porn producers will now simply 'vote with their feet' and start producing more content sans latex via increased production operations in other US states ( or foreign countries ) to avoid losing market share to competitors. This could also have the side effect of significantly reducing their overall tax rate by side-stepping California state taxes they presently must pay ! Thus while Measure B may be bad news for porn producers and performers in SoCal, it may turn out to be good news for those in Arizona, Florida, New York etc.
