I get tired of writing the same exact email to multiple providers to check the reference on each client. How do you make checking references less of a chore?
Do you forward the same email to all of the providers for that particular client? Or do you send each provider an individual email for reference checks?

All that took me barely a minute to write. Granted I type fast, but still, its not that much. And I agree with not sending out the exact same email to all, since the memory jogger/date of last meet etc info will be different, so you dont want to share unnessary details with every provider youre getting a ref from, besides that it wouldnt make sense and would likely throw up red flags to the lady getting it.
