Default BA before kids? And other BA questions

Ok so I want to get my boobs done. Bad. I used to have perfect natural 34c's before I had my son. Now I have saggy 32dd's. The problem is my bf wants to have another one, not right now, but probably within the next 5 years. Maybe like 2 or 3 years from now at the SOONEST. So my question is, should I just wait to get them? I don't want to get them just to have them sag again or have to get them re-done so soon. Has anyone got a BA and then had kids? Also, I was wondering if this will even fix my problem...I have a lot of breast tissue already . It's just the sagginess that I want to fix. I don't like the idea of a lift because of the scars. And I always have wanted the perfect, round, fake look. Can I achieve this without being too disproportionate to my body? I'm 5'4" and 108 lbs. Obviously I need to go on consultations...just thought I'd ask here first. And I have other questions also...would I be better going with overs or unders since I already have 32dds? If I were to go bigger, where the hell would I find bras?? Lol. And lastly, can anyone recommend a good ps in either Phoenix or San Diego area? Thanks to anyone who takes the time to read this post and answer some of my questions

The question you should ask yourself is DO YOU want another kid? You made no mention of your own feelings. Your boyfriend should not be using you as a brood mare.

That aside if you want another kid yourself I would wait especially with that much existing tissue. More than likely you are going to need a lift as well. It's not going to be fun or pretty. Make sure you go to a qualified surgeon. I reccomend Dr. Pousti in San Diego. He specializes in larger implants. It may be possible to avoid a lift with a larger implant.

Bras are a bitch if you have a small band size but large cup.I'm sure that you're used to it. Freya.com is decent for those of us that are skinny with big tits.

Hahaha yes, I do want another one eventually. But I'm so damn impatient, I don't want to wait THAT long to have the amazing knockers surgery can give me! And I don't know how soon I will want one. I want to wait until the time is right, and who knows when that'll be. Or if that time will come. That being said I would much rather finish having kids before I get too much older. But that's a whole other issue in itself that I need to sort out lol.

But that's what I was hoping, to get a large enough implant that I wouldn't need a lift. I don't want to go to crazy big, but I'm def not going for the natural look either, so that's not a concern. And as far as large cup size and small bands it can be a pain in the ass, but I actually found some bras today at Dillard's in my size. They even had 30dd, and in the pretty bras, not even the old granny ones! Lol.

Thanks for the recommendation on Dr. Pousti, I will def look him up when the time comes.

I want to look as smokin as i do in a push up as I do in my bikini tops, damnit! Guess I'll just stick to my push up bras for a little while longer lol

I had my BA done when I was 19. I had a kid at 21. I still have amazing tits. They look very natural. So if you want them to remain looking fake, I'd wait.

I though the same thing as well, since I also had a baby and I have tons of extra tissue. However, I'm gonna be lactating for a few more years (I'm into the whole extended breastfeeding) and that had made them look quite nice. That'll give me enough time to save for implants, and maybe for a lift: I'd get large implants as well (at least 800cc), since I went from 36c to a 36F.

    I hope so.

Go for it now. If things slide down hill as a result of a future pregnancy, it's a great excuse for a re-do !!!

With that much natural breast tissue, and given that you like the round, firm, 'fake' look, I would seriously consider over the muscle placement.

I've never seen someone with big saggy boobs get the "round, fake" look by just getting implants. they usually end up with big, really full boobs (which I love), that look great, but they still sag. to get rid of all the sag you will probably need a lift.

^^^ overfilled saline implants can often add firmness without the high risk of scarring involved with lift surgery. The trick is to go with big enough implants so that the natural breast tissue is 'stretched' to the point of firming up again.

I am hoping to go big enough that I wont need to get a lift. I'm just so worried about the scarring with a lift that I think I'd rather just leave them alone! Lol. They arent super big right now, DD makes them sound bigger than they actually are. I wouldnt mind if I couldn't achieve the perfect round, fake look, as long as they look better than they do now. Thats just the look that I'd have if I could have any...but I'll settle for what I can take without having huge scars on them, because that defeats the purpose. I want them to look great naked, and for me that means no visible scars. Most of the girls whose boobs I love who have gotten implants were very small before they had their implants, so maybe I wont be able to get the exact look I want. But my concern is that if I get them done now, and they end up looking great and then I get pregnant somewhere down the line, wont they get all stretched out again? So even if I get a re-do there will be a chance they wont look as good as the first time and then I probably WOULD need a lift...that is what I was worried about if I were to get them done now.

It sounds like your expectations are realistic which is important. I had a late term miscarriage, with my implants already... they def do not look fake at all, they look so natural now. But not saggy or drippy. Pregnancy changes your body & that's just that. I like my breasts they're big & luscious & stupid guys think they're "real" whatever that means.
Personally I think you're better off without the scar that comes with the lift. The implants will do a lot for you. If your breasts are saggy now that just means the implants will settle in & drop down easier & you will achieve a more natural look. Definitely go over the muscle.
As far as whether a second pregnancy will totally ruin your implants that you've already spent $$ on... nobody can know that for sure... because everyone's body is different.
I totally sympathize, personally, I'm not getting another BA, one was enough.

Pfft, kids 5 years down the road? GET YOUR BOOBS <3

And if you can't afford a redo and children's... I would probably wait on having more. But that's just me and I'm selfish (probably because I don't have any little ones).

It's one thing to sacrifice things in life for children you HAVE, but to sacrifice for a child you may have...possibly in 5 years? Do what you want while you have the money and less responsibility!!

I see people talking about going over the muscle but if she is concerned about having another child, shouldn't she go with under the muscle to prevent possible problems with breastfeeding?
