There's no such thing as "looking like a specific cup size". Remember, most women wear the wrong bra size and many that "look" like C or D are probably an F or G. For the longest part I though I was B, but I got measured properly and turned out I was C, but that was b4 my son. Now, I'm a temporal F (since I'm lactating).
Your sizes would be:
28G or 30E (30F if swollen). I'd recommend you try both sizes. I really think your actual size is a 30E/30DD (in most brands, E and DD are the same size).
I have been saying that VS is vanity sizing! I have been wearing a 32B for years but this summer I was traveling for my vanilla job and was so uncomfortable from my tight bra and the straps falling down. THey measured me at VS and they had me try on a 32D and 34C!!! Crazy. I laughed out loud when she said 32D. I am small. anyway, the 34C fir just right and is so much more comfy. Just seems weird to say I'm a 34C.

I haven't noticed vanity sizing at VS, but I have noticed a lot of improper sizing there. a 32DD there is the same or similar to all of my other 32DDs but I'm sure if I got sized I would be put into a 36C or some other bs.
a 32D is not that big. if that is what feels good to you then that is what you are.
I'm a 30dd at vs but nowhere else. Everywhere else I'm a 32d some bras I can do c cups but most times my nipples are peaking.

I'm between a 32dd and a 32ddd, and my theory is that we feel like we don't look the part because fake boobs look so much different! I tried on a 32dd that belonged to a girl with gigantic fake titties and it fit!
I think it's because fake boobs are more rounded at the top, making them seem fuller, when naturals can pop into the same space at the bottom.
