My kale recipe is to steam the kale until it's tender enough, and sauté garlic, onions, and mushrooms in some olive oil and soy sauce. When the onions are carmelized I add in the kale and a few drops of lemon juice and some more soy sauce and a tiny bit of salt. It is sooooo good. I think once you get to a certain age/have some kids you just have to watch everything you put in your mouth.
