    Default Going back to the club

    I'm soooo ready to go back to dancing (I miss the stage and poles way too much to solely stick to camming and bartending), but I'd like to know if it's possible to at least work on weekdays looking like I look at this moment. I do know I have to tone everything back up again (lots of planking, if you guys know what I mean), and I have makeup and outfits to cover my stretch marks (eg. underbust corsets, high cut thongs, form fitting dresses, etc.).

    This is how my midsection and part of my low section look now.


    Also, my face is alright for I don't have a double chin and my upper body (shoulders, arms, back) is still quite toned.

    The only nearby area to me that offers dayshifts is Austin, fyi.

    It's generally easier to get hired to work weekdays over weekends, especially on day shift, so while I can't see your photo, I'm sure you'll be fine.

    I don't think there are any standards to work dayshift... at all... as long as you can find the club and fall in the door they hire you. Amiright?

    Kinda hard to tell from that pic, but I think you could work weekdays unless the club is super picky. You already know what you need to work on. Good luck.

    Thanks. ATM, I"m ok with just weekdays. It'll give me time to get in shape and be able to later on make big bucks in either Dallas or Forth Worth.

    I finally saw three of ur pics...In the above^ link....Personally I see where u r toned and working hard on ur body...Me personally I am curvy like u..I just have a little smaller waist and am prolly shorter than u lol..I am a size 6 and sometimes a 4....I know what u mean about worrying about whether ur skinny enough to go back to work in the clubs..I think it really depends on how strict the hiring managers r ..And I dont really know alot about any area besides HR, where u used to live..I personally saw give it a shot..Go in on a day shift and ask if they will start u out on the slower shifts..The ones girls rnt fighting over so u can get a feel for the clientele and how they take to u at different clubs n the area...U dont know until u give it a shot...I know so many of these damn clubs want girls with like 4% body fat but not everyone is built like a toothpick..I know Im not..Really dont want to be either..

    I'm slimming down with a diet of mushrooms, kale, onions, potatoes, and some fruit. If that helps you at all. The mushrooms and onions make it very savory and filling. Did you know that mushrooms are 10 calories per cup? I know, right?? Oh and I use soy sauce a lot for seasoning. It's like 10 calories a tablespoon too. My kale recipe is to steam the kale until it's tender enough, and sauté garlic, onions, and mushrooms in some olive oil and soy sauce. When the onions are carmelized I add in the kale and a few drops of lemon juice and some more soy sauce and a tiny bit of salt. It is sooooo good. I think once you get to a certain age/have some kids you just have to watch everything you put in your mouth.

    I can't afford having this sort of diet at this moment because I'm nursing my 7week old son. I am eating whole grains, lean proteins, lots of eggs and some fruits for I need a lots of proteins. I'm eating no more than 1800 calories a day, for breastfeeding already burns about 600 when it's done on demand (every two to three hours). I just wanted to see if my current look would be ok to work weekdays.

    @Shift_6x: I'm much taller than you, that's true.

    I'll update this again if I find a gig in the following weeks. Right now, I'm visiting the clubs in Austin Tx, during weekedays (while my hubby, who's disabled, cares for our son) and going to the gym four or five times a week (I started going this past Monday); been doing tons of cardio and light weights to make them thunder thighs disappear (my real problem area, my thighs). This Tuesday (my 8th week PP check up) the doc will tell me if I'm actually ready to resume work or not.
