My youngest kid is two. Thankfully my body held up fine through the both of them (I don't think I can manage another but anyways...) I've been dieting painfully well according to my tried and true vegan fallback. Now I am at the point where I would usually return to a SC to finish my stripper tone. The only thing is that I have forsaken the stripping lifestyle for a cushy cam job. So what tips can you girls pass on for replacing the near irreplaceable 7-8 hour shifts of pure strippalicious workout? I'm fine weight wise, body fat wise (leaving some room to move fat to muscle of course). I just need that last push. God, who knew I would miss the burn of those first two weeks back in heels?
