    Default Gentlemen's gold club baltimore

Hi! I was wondering if anyone has worked/is working there? I live in VA and was wondering if its worth it for me to make the trip up there. I went there once a couple of years ago. The first time I went, I was told to come back at a specific time to audition, because there was some special event. When I did come back, I was turned down by a different bouncer at the front door who literally said "we aren't looking to hire girls liks you right now". FYI, I am black. I thought maybe this one bouncer was just a douche, and I heard that this place hires black girls, so I am willing to try again.

If you have worked there, what is the clientele like? How much contact is expected during dances? What is tip out like? and really, will they hire black girls?

The Gold club will hire black dancers, but they only hire dancers who are in good shape. They have a gym they allow their dancers to use and their dressing room is freaking huge and even has showers lol Most girls try and sell vip there and try and spend as much time talking once back there rather than dancing :-) There are cameras everywhere and it is a clean club as far as area clubs go. If you aren't attractive enough/good enough dancer they used to hire "sitters" which is basically girls who sit at the bar and keep guys talking/buying drinks. Not sure if they still do that however. I would call and try and speak to a manager rather than just showing up to be turned away by a bouncer since you have a long drive.

Although I would check some DC clubs, money might be better. Baltimore money isn't so great right now :-(

I worked here one shift a few years ago when I went to stay with a fellow s.w. member. I liked huslter better but she had worked here and raved about it. It was a bunch of regulars that just want to buy drinks old blue collar dudes who would wait hours for their regular girl. The manger took me over to meet the owner and they wanted a schedule from me and I never went back. They had a nice black bouncer at the door the night I went in ( kept telling me how gorgeous I was) and I saw some black girls that were absolutely gorgeous but I didn't like the clientele. Try hustler!

I think that was the old ownership when you went. They changed hands over the years and I do know they don't have schedules now for the dancers.

Hustler is better for money a lot of the time because it has the brand name behind it and it is part of the Block. Although I hated working there, the pole is ridiculously thick (i know it seems silly) and dealing with all the garbage walking to and from the club. Forget it. I'd rather make less than deal with the Block.

I used to love working at Gold Club. They seemed to have all different sizes and ethnicities. Also, when I was there, at least, not everyone was "in really good shape"...or in shape, at all, for that matter. Not even going to lie - I know that I wasn't during some of the time that I worked there, and nobody cared. I quit, because they started requiring girls to work at least two weekend nights out of the month. I loved that Gold Club charged $30 for lapdances, and dancers got to keep all $30. At Hustler, they charge 2 for $40, and out of that money, we have to give $8. I actually charge 2 for $60 if guys want to touch me (which is usually included in the 2 for $40), usually - I feel out the customer, though.
