Happy Hanukkah. My great grandfather was Jewish so now I tell people I am 1/8th Jewish. The funny thing is I didn't know until I starting researching my family tree and found his relatives all killed at Auschwitz.

Hey, I'm Jewish by association! lololol I tell you what though, this is always a stupid week at work without the Jewish customers. Damn.

Thanks. I never met them though but wish I had because I had found out some did cool things during the war and a few fought for the resistance. I've lost other relatives during WW2 like great uncles in the army but the Holocaust now makes me look at it differently if that makes sense. Before it was just a horrible thing that happened in history but now it affects me personally though I never met them. I've actually started looking at Jewish traditions and studying them as well as Catholic traditions (and oddly many Catholic and Jewish traditions are the same or close).
I'm Jewish and I have met many Jewish customers but only one other Jewish stripper in my three years of dancing. I'm not a huge Hanukkah enthusiast but my sister and mom were thrilled with their gifts and I'll be celebrating with my dad and step mom this weekend. I also committed to making latkes for my day job holiday party.

Ooooo LATKES! I used to pester my friends to score some of those. I love this time of year. I get special pierogies from my Polish friends, latkes, a little lasagna, etc. Great stuff!
There are definitely other Jewish girls who dance. I knew a badass chick who was the top earner and worked like a fiend! That girl was no joke!
