if i'm sitting with a table and one or more of them starts pulling the alpha-male act, the whole "oh i'm too good for these dumb bitches" thing, i usually just make an excuse and go sit with someone else. last night there was a dude insulting some of the hottest girls in the club, i didn't even bother.
the way i see it, feeling the need to inflate your ego in that manner is a psychological issue. if an aggressive atheist were to walk into a church, proceed to make fun of everyone, and walk out feeling smug, i seriously doubt the congregation would be sitting there thinking "huh, maybe he was right. let's reconsider our entire lifestyle, guys. he sure showed us!"
how do you feel about this?
do you run into it often?
