Hi ladies, I had to get a new username on here but I am not new to swI wanted to share with everyone how awesome I feel this morning! I had a stress-filled week with christmas and a long shift last night and am also recovering from a crappy cold.
For shits I tried a yoga routine because I was having trouble sleeping and was so sore from last night. I did 20 minutes of deep yoga streching that I found on youtube and I cannot discribe how much better I feel! I feel mentally calm and collected and physically sosososo much better!
I know most of us workout regularly to stay in shape, as do I, but for anyone out there who has not tried yoga yet, it may seem a little cheesey but I really feel 100x better!!! Hope this post will inspire some of you to try a quick routine out there, and for those of you who have been doing yoga regularly, I would love if you would share your experience with it!!!
