Default Your favorie men's cologne? My list.

What's your favorite men's colognes? I think many men underestimate how a good cologne impacts the overall impression and image they leave with people - especially woman - , or as my ex used to say "A man should smell good"

Heard that many a time from women in one form or another and the comment "you smell good" always brings a smile to my face. I also cringe when I smell bad cheap cologne on men so I can't imagine it thrills you either.

If you have a man in need of a new cologne, these are some of my favorites you might wanna try on him:

    Bond No. 9 Brooklyn (favorite!)
    Vera Wang for Men
    Creed Himalaya
    Creed Irish Tweed
L'Occitane Pour Homme 'Eau des Baux'
    Michael (Kors) For Men
    Chanel Allure
    Lagerfeld Classic

What are some of your favorites ladies and gents? Which do you think smell terrible? Hey, you might save a few guys with that one.

    Here's my small collection

I see what you did there...didn't make it 15 mins into that movie before it got shut off, so I missed that scene!

Play by Givenchy is probably my current favorite... I also like Armani Code.
The only cologne I loved in the 90s which I never got sick of is Fahrenheit by Dior. It just smells so damn good.

I have allergies so..not much I can say..however I find I can wear essential oils. Right now I'm on DK cedar/sandalwood, almost something that seems it could be worn by either a man/woman. It seems to last good too. Can't stand overpowering strong scents, even the laundry soap aisle gets me ill.

It's interesting how different scents - perfumes, colognes, even soaps and body washes, deodorants, etc - smell different on different people. Some fragrances work differently with different body chemistry. That said, over the years I've found the ones that work best on me, and the standout one is unquestionably Givenchy's Xerus Rouge. There's another one by Tommy Hillfinger that works really well for me, but I can't recall the name just now.

Right, & there's also different colognes for the time of year, I mean I don't want to smell a heavy scent on someone in the middle of a hot summer, even in an a/c environment.
I remember liking a men's Guess frangrance, but can't remember which one. It was one of those paper scented things in a magazine

Maybe I'm in the minority but I prefer "natural" cologne lol. I love the way a sexy man smells just on his own. There is something about their scent, idk if it's technically bo or what but it drives me crazy. It's also really distinct, as in if I were to smell a bunch of guys I would be able to recognize their scent. The best is when they take a shower, then do some light exercise. I am only attracted to certain guy's scents though.

Maybe it's pheromones. There was actually a study on this that women could identify the most ideal mates based on smelly only their t-shirts.

I think I sound like a total creep. Oh well.

I agree! I HATE most men's colognes, way too strong!

Well, that's the user's fault. I think it's probably a good rule of thumb not to put on more than one can smell half a foot away.

My grandfather used to say 'if you can't get it smelling like yourself, you won't get it smelling like something else!'

...of course he was Greek and smelled like ouzo, olive trees and sea breeze.
