    Default Pay Per Customer.

Before i left my old club (well, 2 weeks gone club)
my manager was chewing over the idea of a cool "Pay Per Customer"
plan they where working on enforcing.
Everytime a guy comes in, theres a paper he can write down a dancers name that he's there for.
This area is privet, so im sure it would be secure.
At the end of the night the names our counted up, and you get X amount taken off your fees!!
Im not sure if it goes over your fee amount if you get to keep it, and although most girls can just get guys to pay it
i was never the one to ask.
Whether they are return clients, or someone your bringing in on your own, (friends, online client.)

    Is anyone els practicing this?
Before i left i was so excited, because i had a bunch of regulars, and was always late due to travel, so i had HUGE house fees.

This ALSO was suppose to cover Dj fees (we didnt have a house mom).

I've never heard of this. Read your other thread. That's crazy, about your experiences at both clubs but I do hope you get your job back at your other club.

Btw, I'm in Dallas sometime so would be curious to pick your mind on clubs.

The other club (the one in this thread) was na wonderful little club..
I made a mistake , but i was just so over whelmed!
Ive worked at a majority of the Dallas clubs, although not long at many, I get
turned off by HUGE clubs, and discouraged by tiny ones! lol

It was a once in a lifetime experience, I got in the car
and told my husband... Hes a supportive figure in my life
and has never given me crap for dancing, although he dosnt really love it,
hes always been supportive. But after that , even he said, hey i think you should call your boss.

Like i said, I know you cant controle drunken idiots, and we where in a central club area, in dallas,
in a more "Urban" area, but still, what bothered me is the not calling the cops.
The mad brutally BEAT this woman, She looked battered.
And he wouldnt , because he lets them smoke weed in the club, and didnt want to get in trouble.

I've never heard of that either. It's kind of weird but definitely a nice way of getting your house fees lowered. I could see customers getting a bit weirded out and girls getting catty over it, but that's hardly out of the ordinary for the club.
