Default Oh no, my shoes are tearing!

And I have to be at work in 2 hours! I was just cleaning my shoes (clear 8 inch Pleasers) when I noticed the strap is starting to tear. You know the reinforced part where the holes are punched for the buckle? Both straps have a little V-shaped rip above that. Can I superglue them? Gorilla glue them? I'm doing a board search as I write this but I just wanted to post ASAP in case anyone had any good pointers.

There are literally no places here where I can buy new shoes. Fffffuuuuuu.

If you only noticed it while you were cleaning them, they'll probably last at least through your shift. Mine ripped where the strap connects to the sole on the inside side, but they have stitching as well.
You can tie your feet into them with a shoelace if you're worried about them falling ff, just wrap it around the arch of your foot and the part of the shoe just in front of the heel. if it looks funny to you, wear legwarmers over them and nobody will ever see.

I've read on another thread that you can use a garter to temporarily help hold the shoe on. Haven't tried this myself but maybe it would help?

Yep, ive danced with my shoe connected by a garter, felt like a goof but it'll last through the shift, as chef kitty mentioned, u could cover it with leg warmers which is a good idea.
