    So make that,
    Reality/Keynes/Krugman: 32,458
    Craziness/Doomer/Prepper/Austrian/ZeroHedge/Schiff/TeaBags: 0

Ok, I'll give 1 point for the price of gold.(although they are clueless about the cause of the bull market and potentially sitting on a bubble and have been wrong about higher prices, I'll give them this point)

Food prices usually do decline in a recession !!! And that's precisely what China and Japan and some parts of Europe and South America experienced in 2012. So how many of those 32,458 'reality' oriented economists correctly forecasted said recession ?

Ultimately, the chart at your own linked story speaks for itself ...

... if you plot a slow Moving Average trend line, you still get an exponential rise. The two big 'blips' are the admitted recession of 2008 and the unadmitted recession = 'jobless' recovery of 2012.
