Default Can't believe im making so little at this new club

My take-home earnings for my last 7 shifts (after housefee and tipout) at this new club have been: Thurs- 100, Fri- 100, Sat- 250, Sun- 50, Tues- 50, Wed- 100, Thurs- 165. WTF?? Is this seriously what I should be expecting from this new club or is everyone else in the South doing as shitty as me right now? I think I'm gonna try to go back to my old club, I just hope it isn't as awful there... Anyone else goin through something similar? I'm working my ASS off and it's just... not paying off anymore...

Well, not sure where you are, or what type of club..but..Jan. just generally sucks to me everywhere, & in just about every industry right now.

I have been having really terrible shifts this month also. When I got back to work after the holidays, it became really slow so I decided to go find another club last night with no luck. One wasn't hiring and I went to the next closest one. The doorman turned me away, saying he had just turned four other girls away, and that they're not hiring for another month since its slow.

January is a fairly universal slow time, with some odd exceptions in certain cities. It's certainly worthwhile to try out another club, though as Sasonnet pointed out, be prepared for clubs to not be hiring. On the flip side, some clubs might be eager for new girls since their house fees can recoup the lowered alcohol sales. I'd give your old club a shot first, as you're more likely to get hired back there and you may have some regulars there who can help you get through the slow times.

The one place that did hire me this month had way too many girls.
