all the workouts (100s of them!) are free and you can do them at home without equipment! they are all high intensity interval workouts
the girls are shredded so it definitely works!

Haha I love Phaedra that girl is crazy on rhoa! But I do Insanity. I also have a couple Jillian Michaels dvds as well shes always been one of my faves but Shaun T kicks my ass into gear! I also want to try JNL Fusion from Jennifer Nicole Lee shes so stunning I wouldnt mind watching her while getting a workout in.

You can't go wrong with the Pink videos! You may be able to find them on ebay, but buying them from the pink website will cost about 70. If you can find them, there are three 45 minute videos, all different difficulty levels, and the exercises change constantly. It's both cardio and strength and they will kick ur ASS! Can I add the worst fitness video? Fit to Strip by Carmen Electra. I bought this ages ago prior to dancing and couldn't believe I had wasted $40 (it was on sale).

Start Weight: 145lb
Current Weight: 144lb
These results are after 2 weeks of doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, the 30 Day Squat Challenge and eating seriously clean (although with the occasional chocolate bar to get me through exam revision).
I don’t look at the scales anymore - I have only lost 1lb but I think I look great now. I didn’t actually realise until I put the photos together how much my body has changed - I actually cried. I’m also so much fitter and stronger since I started this… my arms have (small) muscles now!
Today, I’m wearing shorts in public for the first time since I was about 13. I feel amazing - and I still have 2 weeks to go!
