so im 5'5 maybe half an inch taller and 124 pounds ( i look maybe 110)..but i shed weight verrryyy fast, i was 105-110 most of my life up until a year ago. im never hungry and eating very little will make me feel bloated and tired. i want nice luscious, firm curves sooo bad !. im trying to gain weight and getting depressedi eat avacado, flax seed oil, protein drinks ( when i can stomach them)..im almost afraid to exercise though because it just makes me lose fat. ill gain muscle easy, but not those nice, soft curves.
i've been delving into fitness videos and health stores, but they are all geared towards losing weight everywhere i go...any tips on how to get those curves and extra meat in a healthy way?? when i've gained weight i see a very significant increase in my earnings and i just love the lookif it makes any difference im a pear shape when i gain..itll only go to my ass and thighs, which is fine by me lol. thanks!
